Group Reservations are taken at our Torquay Travel Office. Our Groups Supervisor will confirm details of the offer (or booking) to you in writing
A holding deposit of £250 per groups is required with a deposit of £30 per person 6 weeks after confirmation; the final balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Conditions of booking
1. All prices are per person, including dinner, bed and English breakfast, live entertainment and VAT at the current rate
2. There is no supplement for single rooms. Single occupancy in a double or twin room will incur supplement of up to 50% and is subject to availability
3. Triple and family rooms can also be requested
4. Hotels have lifts, there are stairs to some rooms
5. All rooms are ensuite with bath or shower, or shower over the bath.
6. 7. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card (with 1.5% surcharge) or cheque
8. A child aged 0-2 years inclusive, sharing with an adult, goes free. 1 child, aged 3-15 years, sharing with two adults, goes free. Each additional child pays 50% of the adult price

1 free place for 25 adults; 2 free places for 45; 3 free places for 75 4 free places for 100.
If you already have your own coach, simply deduct £15 per person from the tour prices listed.
Optional excursions from £5 per person.
Our coaches can be hired for tours or transfers from £250 per day.
HOLIDAY MEDICAL INSURANCE
Holiday Insurance is not compulsory but is strongly recommended. For your protection and peace of mind we have arranged a special travel insurance scheme with AXA Insurance (UK) plc who are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Emergency assistance is provided by International Medical Rescue. The main benefits of our insurance are:

*Except terminal or certain hospital-treated cases. Full terms and conditions are explained in the Insurance Policy which will be sent to you with your booking confirmation upon receipt of payment. The policy contains a 14 day “cooling off” period in case you decide the insurance is unsuitable.
